The Dean of the College of Technical Engineering at Alnoor University delivers the first research paper at the 12th specialized symposium of the University of Mosul

Prof. Dr. Kamel Ali Abdul-Muhsin, Dean of the Technical Engineering College at Alnoor University, participated by presenting the first research paper at the 12th specialized scientific symposium organized by the Dams Research and Water Resources Management Center at the University of Mosul, in cooperation with the Mosul Dam Project Administration, under the theme (Turkish and Iraqi dams on the Tigris River between sovereignty and the sharing of mutual benefits). He presented his study entitled (Resolving the Conflict over the Euphrates River Basin).
