In collaboration between Alnoor University and Alhamdania University, the Fourth International Scientific Conference on the English Language was inaugurated

In the presence of Professor Dr. Yassin Taha Alhajjar, President of Alnoor University, and Professor Dr. Nasha’at Mubarak, President of Alhamdania University, the Fourth International Scientific Conference on the English Language commenced on the morning of Sunday, 1/2/2026. The conference is held in collaboration between Al-Nour and Alhamdania Universities, under the theme: “Contemporary Trends in Applied Linguistics.”
The conference proceedings were inaugurated with brief remarks by the presidents of the two universities, in which they highlighted the importance of the conference and its role in supporting scientific research and advancing linguistic studies. This was followed by the screening of two introductory films about Alnoor and Alhamdaniya Universities, after which commemorative plaques were exchanged and certificates of appreciation were awarded.
The first research paper was presented by Professor Dr. Hussein Aljarjari, followed by the second paper delivered by Professor Dr. Mohammed Hamza Kanaan. The conference was held in the presence of Professor Dr. Ismail Abdulwahab, Scientific Assistant to the President of Alnoor University, deans of several faculties from both universities, and the Scientific Advisor of Alnoor University.
