The Second International Scientific Conference on Media begins at Alnoor University.

Under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and in the presence of Prof. Dr. Yaseen Taha Al-Hajjar, The Second International Scientific Conference on Media was organized by Al-Noor University and the University of Mosul on the morning of Wednesday, September 10, 2025, under the title: “Digital Media Facing Change… Challenges of the Present and Prospects for the Future.” The opening session began with speeches delivered by Prof. Dr. Yaseen Taha Al-Hajjar, President of Al-Noor University; Prof. Barabash Viktor, Dean of the Faculty of Philology at Rodn University in Russia; Prof. Dr. Hatem Fahd Al-Taie, Dean of the College of Arts at the University of Mosul; and the Dean of… College of Arts at Alnoor University, Prof. Dr. Wael Al-Nahhas . In addition, two videos were presented, one from Alnoor University and the other from Rodn University in Russia.
